SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our business hours are from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. If we confirm the order after 3pm or on non-business day (Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday), products will be shipped next working day. 

After confirming the order, it will usually be shipped within 1-2 working days. If you are shopping during the peak season (such as Christmas, Lunar New Year, etc.), please be aware of the opportunity to extend the delivery time.

Free local shipping (standard) when orders over $380, otherwise $25 freight will be charged.


The total amount of the order (including freight) must be settled before the order is dispatched. Cash on delivery is not accepted.


Customer can track your order by entering the tracking number on the Hongkong Post website https://www.hongkongpost.hk/tc/mail_tracking/index.html and SF Express website https://htm.sf-express.com/hk/tc/dynamic_function/waybill/

Miss Bear divides destinations into several zones,and based on the product weight to charge the freight. Delivery company includes HongKong Post and SF Express. If you want to use other delivery companies or need to ship to other locations, please contact us to make arrangement.

After you have successfully collected your package, customers will receive an email or a SMS with the tracking information from the delivery company.

We are not responsible for any import tax, customs fee, or customs delay. Due to the impact of the epidemic, freight rates could be adjusted and delivery service may be suspended in certain regions.
