Organic Nilgiri Tea is in dark orange-red with a fruity aroma. The tea is light and warm, gentle and easy to drink. Because of the small amount of tannins, it is not easy to occur white turbidity, and it is also very suitable for making iced tea.
Black tea is a whole fermented tea with mild nature. Tea polyphenols are lower than green tea or other lightly fermented tea leaves, and are oxidized into a large amount of thearubigin and theaflavins by the action of enzymes. Although tea polyphenols have a powerful function, high levels can irritate the stomach. Therefore, black tea is suitable for people with cold and poor stomach.
The safflor and theaflavins have antioxidant effects, which help to slow down skin aging and bring beauty benefits. Containing caffeine, it can keep your mind awake, and it also has the effect of eliminating edema and losing weight.
Black tea also has the effect of anti-inflammatory and bactericidal, and is a health and beauty tea.
